Regular postage stamps

Regular postage stamps and securities are for general use and are issued depending on the needs of postal traffic. They are printed and issued according to the motives of the regular issues of postage stamps and securities, that are determined by the Ministry in charge of postal services.

Regular postage stamps are used as a means of payment for using postal services in an internal and international postal traffic. Postage stamps, in addition to these purposes and their use in the philatelic purposes, by their motives, graphics and other characteristics, are in the permanent function of cultural, scientific, sporting, historical and other means of promotion of our country.
