What is direct mail and partially addressed mail?

It is the type of postal item of identical contents, comprising of advertising and marketing materials, sent by the same Sender to at least 100 Receivers. It can be addressed or non-addressed postal item. The total of length, width and height of the direct mail item can be 600 mm at the most, whereas the biggest of those dimensions can not be longer then 300 mm.

Types of direct mail

• Addressed direct mail represents the most cost-effective way to address user directly by full name and surname i.e. recipient's name and address. The biggest weight of an addressed direct mail item is 1000 gr.
• Partially addressed direct mail represents postal item which contains on the address side following: partial address of the receiver with or without number, postal code of delivery post office and sender’s address. The biggest weight of a partially addressed direct mail item is 100gr.
• Non-addressed direct mail represents a marketing tool enabling promotion of your products and services and is distributed to a target segment: in a specified geographic area, to specific households or users of post-office boxes. The biggest weight of a non-addressed direct mail item is 100 gr.

Delivery time

Delivery time is 7 days upon the reception in the delivery post office.

Time limits exclude the reception day, Saturdays, Sundays, national and religious holidays and other non-working days, if PTT does not deliver and dispatch mail on such days.
