In-payment of daily receipts

A legal person, holder of an account with any bank, can pay its daily receipts (in cash or bank cheques) in post offices. This service is charged according to the pricelist or the agreed price with the commercial discount with the option of periodical invoicing based on the terms of the contract signed.
Your daily receipts can be accepted and paid in urgently in PosTneT supporting post offices, by 17:30 on working days, when such proceeds are transferred to the holder's account on the same day.
For legal persons that pay their daily receipts to the current account of the ProCredit Bank, Post does not charge the commission.

Money transfer to natural person with postal money order

By choosing the Post of Serbia as their intermediary in money transfer operations, legal persons benefit from a unique advantage of maximum service accessibility, offered in the market exclusively by the Post of Serbia. Due to our capacities and our postal units' network, the Post of Serbia is the only agent capable of making the money accessible to all customers, at any address on the entire territory of the country.

Advantages of new technology:

• Choice of the way of sending the money order, electronically or by coming to the post office. In both cases, a legal person doesn’t have to fill in separate forms and calculate the postage. Users that choose to send a money order electronically, can download from our site a document for electronical sending of money order, fill in the data and send it to our e-mail postanskauputnica@jp.ptt.rs. Form for sending the money order from the post office is available here or at the counter of the post office.
• Usage of the address code, as a necessary part of an address of the receiver of the money order, precisely defines the address of the receiver and enables absolutely reliable delivery in a short time. You can find out more about the address code of your clients on our web site or you can call our Call center 0700 100 300 (charged like a local call). The Post can help you in organizing your address data base (contac: 011/3644-691 or 011/3644-692).
• Instructions for paying the money order amount and postage you get from the Post.
• Short terms for the out-pay to the end user. For the great amount of users, delivery of the money order will be on the day it was in-paid (payment realization), but the terms for delivery are conditioned by the type of delivery area ( close, wider or the widest).
• Choice of the out-payment manner to the end user (its précised in the contract): home delivery or at the counter of the post office. If the legal person fills in address data of the recipient and some additional data (ID number, or phone number), the user can take the money before he gets a notice at his home address.

Collection from natural persons

PTT Serbia offers to legal persons that distribute bills to citizens for their services, a full payment collection service and telecommunication transfer of data on collected payments from all post offices. You may leave payment collection organization entirely to us, and your users will be satisfied as they pay your services in the same place as other bills.

Operations related to citizens' current accounts

In all post offices throughout Serbia holders of current accounts with Postal Savings Bank may use the following services:

• On line out-payment of ready-money up to the means available or by cheque up to the limit defined by the bank;/li>
• On line payments at the current accounts of the citizens.

Pay out of cash money upon the bank credit cards

In the authorized post offices we offer a service of on line pay out of cash money through POS terminals, for the cards encompassed by the contract concluded with the Postal Savings Bank: DinaCard, MasterCard ,VISA, Maestro card.
At the pay out of money the user does not have to fill out the MPO, but instead, he just signs the slip printed on POS terminal after the authorization is complete.
Paying out of cash money at Yuba and Diners cash cards issued by the authority other than Postal Savings Bank, is made in 24 authorized Post Offices bearing the visible of Diners Card signs. Paying out of cash money according to the above cards is made after the account has been completely checked out and with the charged fee in the amount of 6%.

FAQ

1. Why don’t the post offices accept in-payment from the legal persons?
   In-payment are not accepted due to the Act on system of payment.
2. When will the payment be registered?
   Payments maid at the post offices will be realized on the next working day.
3. Kada će se uspostaviti platni promet sa Crnom Gorom?
   Pošta ne obavlja platni promet sa inostranstvom, ali fizičkom licu u Crnoj Gori novac se može poslati Western Union uputnicom.
4. Why don’t the Post do real exchange service (selling the effective)?
   The Post doesn’t do any exchange services at the moment.
5. How can I sand money to Serbia from abroad?
   Western Union money order.
6. Can I pay electricity to a current account?
   Yes, but you will have to pay commission.
