The Post of Serbia offers to its customers the service of delivering telegrams on the territory of the Republic of Serbia.

Description

Telegram is a written message which is handed over by a service user, natural or legal person, on the counter at the post office or by calling the number 96.
The address of telegram’s addressee must have all the necessary elements which unambiguously define the addressee and enable fast and accurate delivery of the telegram.
Telegram has to be written readably and clearly in Cyrillic or Latin alphabet. Telegram can have maximum 800 characters (letters, numbers and sighs including spaces).
Forbidden telegram messages are those messages whose content refers to violation of constitution, or it incites national, religious or other violence or hatred, against mankind and international laws, lives and persons, honor and reputation and general security of people and property. Telegrams with the forbidden content will not be received.

Special services offered to the customers are:

• to deliver the telegram in a luxury form,
• to deliver the telegram in a musical luxury form,
• • to convey the telegram by telephone, if the given address contains a telephone number.

Additional services upon the request of the addressor:

1. to change or edit the address of the addressee;
2. to cancel the telegram;
3. to consequentially asks or call off special services.

Additional services upon the request of the addressee:

1. to convey the telegram by telephone;
2. to ask a personal delivery of telegram;
3. to ask for telegram to be delivered to his mail box;
4. to ask for telegram to be delivered to his P.O. box;
5. to ask for telegram to be delivered to a third person.

Delivery time

Telegrams which were received four hours before end of working hours in the post offices with a specialized delivery will be delivered on the same day. Telegrams for wider and the widest delivery area will be delivered regularly.
