A door-to-door courier service provides business customers with fast and secure receipt and delivery of postal items throughout Serbia.
Post Express service is used for sending documents, goods, and other items for which there are no legal prohibitions.
The service of collecting postal items at the customer’s address is scheduled by calling +381 11 3607 607 or 0800 100 800. You can also send a request for collecting the postal item if you use the Web Express, Android or iOS Application “Post of Serbia”. The service is available in 120 places throughout Serbia.
For the Next Day Delivery and Same Day Delivery services, the maximum weight of a Post Express item is 20 kg, and for the Instant Delivery service the maximum is 15 kg.
Post Express items whose dimensions exceed 60x50x50 cm are accepted exclusively on the basis of a concluded contract.
Track the status of Express Items electronically via Track & Trace or by calling the Contact Center at 0800 100 808 or +381 11 3607 607, on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 8 am to 3 pm. Also, if you use the Web Express, Android or iOS Application “Post of Serbia”, you have the opportunity to track your postal items at the most important transfer points.

Next day delivery
Next Day Delivery service guarantees the delivery on the following working day of a postal item submitted today. The delivery on the entire territory of Serbia is performed until 19 hrs on the following working day along with a free-of-charge SMS notification on the arrival of the postal item.

Next day delivery – delivery in post offices
We have provided the possibility for the recipient, in agreement with the sender, to collect their postal item at a time that suits them in one of the 400 post offices throughout Serbia.
It is enough that the sender when addressing:
- selects the Next Day Delivery Service;
- fills in the "recipient" fields with the full name and mobile phone number of the recipient;
- indicates the postal code of the delivery post office and the name of the settlement;
- enters "DELIVERY IN POST OFFICE" in the "street" field
Same day delivery
Same Day Delivery service guarantees that a postal item submitted today is delivered on the same day in another city.

Instant Delivery service guarantees that the postal item submitted today will be delivered in the same city in just a couple of hours.
Delivery of postal items in the Belgrade area - 4 hours from receipt.
