Services at the request of the sender
- Returning the return receipt for registered postal items;
- Delivery of a postal item marked “Personal”
- Change or correction of the recipient’s address;
- Redirection of a registered postal item to a new address, including poste-restante;
- Return of the postal item before delivery
- Issuance of additional confirmation of posting of insured and COD postal items;
- Issuance of a certificate or a certified copy of postal document relating to the delivery of a registered postal item (certificate or certified photocopy of the postal document issued by the post office that delivered the item).
Returning the return receipt for registered postal items
For registered postal items, the sender may request a written confirmation of delivery, on the "RETURN RECEIPT" form, which is returned and delivered to the sender as an non-registered letterpost item. The stated service is subject to postage charges in accordance with the Price List.
On a registered postal item with the requested returning the return receipt service, an "AR" mark or label is placed in the upper left corner of the address side, and an appropriate marking is made on the confirmation of posting of the postal item.
Delivery of a postal item marked “Personal”
Delivery of a postal item marked "Personal" is a service that involves delivery of the postal item exclusively to the recipient with confirmation of delivery by signature, i.e. to a guardian, attorney-in-fact or authorized person.
Postal items for which personal delivery is requested must have the word "Personal" written in prominent letters or a label with the same wording in the upper left corner of the address side.
Change or correction of the recipient’s address
For this service, the sender submits a request in writing and can submit it at any post office. The sender is obliged to prove their identity, as well as to submit a Confirmation of posting for inspection.
Redirection of a registered postal item to a new address, including poste-restante
For this service, the sender submits a request in writing and can submit it at any post office. The sender is obliged to prove their identity, as well as to submit a Confirmation of posting for inspection.
Return of the postal item before delivery
For this service, the sender submits a written request to the post office where the postal item was received. The sender is obliged to prove their identity and to submit a Confirmation of posting for inspection.
Issuance of additional confirmation of posting of insured and COD postal items
For this service, the sender submits a written request to the post office where the postal item was received. The sender is obliged to prove their identity.
The sender may request the service of issuing additional Confirmation of posting of insured and COD postal items within one year from the date of posting insured or COD letter.
Issuance of a certificate or a certified copy of postal document relating to the delivery of a registered postal item (certificate or certified photocopy of the postal document issued by the post office that delivered the item).
For this service, the sender submits a request in writing, within 18 (eighteen) months from the date of delivery of the postal item to which the request relates. The request can be submitted at any post office. The sender is obliged to prove their identity, as well as to submit a Confirmation of posting for inspection.
A certificate or certified copy of the postal document relating to the delivery of a registered item is issued by the post office that delivered the item.
Other additional postal services
The sender may request other additional postal services, subject to payment of the postage determined by the Price List, as follows:
- Packing of letterpost items;
- Addressing of postal items;
- Filling out the forms;
- Electronic confirmation of the delivery of postal items – SMS message.

The sender requests these services verbally, at any post office.
Electronic confirmation of the delivery of postal items – SMS message
This service allows the sender to be notified via SMS/Viber message about the delivery of the postal item.
The sender submits a request for this service when sending the postal item by marking the requested service on the document that represents the Confirmation of posting, while also stating their mobile phone number.

- Delivery of poste-restante items at the address;

- Issuance of confirmation or a certified copy of postal document relating to the delivery of a registered item.
Storing of registered postal items in post office outside of prescribed time limits, but no longer than 30 days
The recipient submits a request for this service in writing, at any post office, and pays the postage determined by the Price List, with the obligation to prove their identity.
The time limit for processing this request cannot exceed 30 (thirty) days.
Redirection of postal items to a new address, including poste-restante
The recipient submits a request for this service in writing, at any post office, and pays the postage determined by the Price List, with the obligation to prove their identity.
The time limit for processing this request cannot exceed 90 (ninety) days.
Re-delivery of letterpost items and parcels
The recipient can request this service for all types of postal items, both in writing and verbally in person from the destination post office. The postage for this service, which is determined by the Price List, is paid upon delivery of the item.
PO Box usage
The use of a PO Box is regulated by an agreement between the recipient and the post office where the recipient requested this service.

The recipient submits a request for this service in writing, at any post office, and pays the postage determined by the Price List, with the obligation to prove their identity.
The time limit for processing this request cannot exceed 90 (ninety) days.
Personal delivery of registered postal items
The recipient submits a request for this service in writing, at any post office, and pays the postage determined by the Price List, with the obligation to prove their identity.
The time limit for processing this request cannot exceed 90 (ninety) days.
Issuance of confirmation or a certified copy of postal document relating to the delivery of a registered item
The recipient submits a request for this service in writing, at any post office, within 18 (eighteen) months from the date of delivery of the shipment to which the request relates, and pays the postage determined by the price list, with the obligation to prove their identity.
Services provided automatically
- Return of non-delivered registered postal items to the sender, except for court letters;
- Receipt and recording of authorisations;
- Re-packing of items with damaged content, reporting on items’ irregularities and notifying the customer;
- Storing of items for delivery, in accordance with the time limits set by the general conditions;
- Transmission of non-registered letters or postcards for which postage has not been paid or has been insufficiently paid.
These services are provided upon payment of postage fees as set out in the Price List.
Which articles are prohibited from being sent by mail?
Postal items must not contain: dangerous and harmful substances, objects the transfer of which threatens the health and life of humans and other postal items, narcotics, except when the recipient and the sender are authorized by law to traffic in drugs; live animals, money, coins, banknotes, other securities, precious metals and valuable pieces of jewellery, except in insured postal items, and other goods and object the transfer of which is prohibited by law and other regulations.
