In order to improve the quality of the money services, increase availability and get closer to its users, Post of Serbia created a network of 50 up-to-date ATMs. ATMs are available to the users 24/7. ATM accepts Dina, VISA, Maestro card and Maestro magnate and CHIP cards.
Besides standard services, checking the balance on your account and cash withdrawals for all the users of the mentioned cards, Post of Serbia is the first to provide the service of paying on the ATMS for the users of Dina and Post-card cards issued by the Postal Savings Bank.

- Infostan bills
- Credit for pre-paid mobile telephone users of all the providers
- Internet hours for the users of PTT Net.
How to use ATM
Paying the bills
In order to use ATM you should insert your card and choose a language (Serbian or English). Then you should enter your PIN. The services that are available for you will be on the screen.
For the service of paying the bills, select your transaction and put a BAR code from the bill to the lasers reader. ATM will read all the necessary data and show then on the screen. Confirm if the data is correct by pushing the button "Confirm" and take a printed receipt. Keep the receipt as the proof of payment.
For the service of paying pre-paid credit for mobile telephones, first you should enter the amount of the credit, and then the number in the form 06x xxxxxxx. Confirm the entered data and take a printed receipt as the proof of paying the credit. You will receive the SMS from your provider.
For the service of paying internet hours, you should enter your username and number of hours. Confirm the entered data and take a printed receipt as the proof of paying the internet hours. Your internet account will be automatically updated.

ATM services are provided under the same conditions as on the counters of the post office. The Post of Serbia does not charge for the ATM services. However, you should know that other banks charge for the ATM services for the ATM out of their network. You should inform on this at the bank that issued your card.
