Post’s Application represents a significant step forward in improving the service. This application will centralize customer registration and identification, providing a unique customer account that will allow users easier and faster access to postal services. In addition to existing functionalities such as scheduling couriers, tracking postal items and price calculators, customers will avoid fraud, fraudulent SMS messages and Viber messages that they were exposed to in the past.
