For sending parcels abroad, as well as for receiving parcels from abroad, the post of Serbia offers to its customers EMS (Express Mail Service).

EMS (Express Mail Service)
EMS is a service of highest quality which enables the fastest transport of parcels in international postal traffic, with accessible prices and within the shortest delivery time limits.
This service enables international express traffic with 56 countries of the world, while the cooperation with the Republic of Serpska is continued using Post Express service in international traffic.
EMS parcel is a registered postal item without a designated value and without special services, with weight up to 30 kg. The parcels are delivered in the shortest time limits.
We plan to widen this service with other countries of the world.
For any information clients can contact Call Center (+381 11 3 607 607), from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. on every working day and 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturday.
Collection of EMS parcels is done every working day, except Sunday:
- On the post office counters designed for reception of EMS parcels.
- By courier service in 71 towns. This way you can send documents and other objects weighing up to 0.5 kg, which needn't be presented to customs. You can request this service by dialing our special telephone number +381 11 3 607 607.
From the call center operators you can get information on necessary documentations, and the information on forbidden and conditionally acceptable items for import to country of destination, as well as all information about the status of the parcel you sent or the one you are expecting from abroad .
PTT-DHL
PTT Serbia and DHL International act together in the global express service market with the PTT-DHL service. You can send PTT-DHL parcels from the counters of 64 post offices in the Republic of Serbia.
