On the second day, there was a meeting with Marjan Osvald, Deputy Director of the UPU. The topic of the meeting was the continuation and direction of the business cooperation development. During this meeting, the long standing successful cooperation with the UPU Quality Fund in the field of implementation of projects in the quality service development was emphasized.

Participation in the session of the Assembly of the Telematics Cooperative, which is an institutional form of cooperation between postal operators, with the aim of improving postal activities, primarily through the development of new technologies, is also planned.

Participation in this cooperation mechanism enables member postal administrations to engage and work in joint projects in the field of development of postal services based on the Internet, electronic financial business and new electronic services, as well as significant facilitation in the use of products and services and other solutions by Postal Technology Centre, with the possibility of using technical assistance through the participation of UPU experts in the implementation of adopted solutions or providing technical assistance by hiring domestic experts.

Telematics Cooperative currently has 160 member countries, and the Post of Serbia has been a full member since 2002.
