Meetings were held with managers in Sremska Mitrovica, Šabac and Valjevo
Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, held meetings today with the managers of all post offices from the territory of the regional units of Sremska Mitrovica, Šabac and Valjevo, which were attended by the director and deputy director of the Postal Network Function Dejan Šijak and Viktor Kostić.
The directors of the regional units, Branislava Nedić, Adam Aleksić and Vladimir Krsmanović, reported on the business of their organizational unit, the process in the field, the specifics and priority needs for investment in the coming period.
The status of numerous projects on the modernization of the work process, the progress made and the plan of activities for the next period, were the topics that Director Đorđević spoke about. In the exchange of opinions on the topic of greatest interest to those present - the rotation of managers and the new rulebook on the classification of post offices in orders, managers had questions and comments, while Director Đorđević explained the expectations of management from the new organization and presented arguments in favour of this business decision which will, according to the first indicators, facilitate work and contribute to increasing quality.
The plan for the renovation of branches in this area and the schedule of arrivals of contingents of new delivery vehicles and other means of work were also on the agenda, as well as innovations in planning the routes of postmen and suppliers and the status of the project "Mobile Postman" which serve to achieve the resources optimization and spreading of the scope of services.
According to the previously determined plan, the talks of the director of the Enterprise with the managers of post offices throughout Serbia are expected to continue, until all organizational units on the entire territory of the country are covered.
