Expanding cooperation between Post and insurers - Serbian Insurance Days
At the sixth conference "Serbian Insurance Days", Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, spoke today about the potential of cooperation between PE Post of Serbia and insurers and emphasized the readiness of the Post to expand business cooperation with a larger number of insurance companies, based on the developed capacity for insurance representation.
The Post of Serbia directly and indirectly affects the growth of the insurance market, while responsibly protecting property and employees from various risks to which they are exposed, and since mid-2017, it has been performing insurance representation for the Dunav Insurance Company, which enables users to conclude a contract at the counters of authorized post offices about travel health insurance, combined household insurance, roadside assistance or car accident insurance, or to secure a green card.
"We started with the sale of mass policies, but we are also ready to introduce other types of policies, with the expansion of the sales network of authorized post offices throughout the country and constant education and increase in the number of executors licensed for the work of insurance representatives. Our next plans are related to the upgrade of mobile applications for iOS and Android, which enable the expanded set of functionalities and services that we provide at the counters to be available to citizens in a digital environment. It is up to the insurers to come up with an even better offer and promotion of the opportunities and benefits that effective insurance services bring, and it is up to us as a partner to make available a developed network of branches, providing quality and professional service - from full information to final realization, in a fully automated, quick and simple procedure. Also, as private and business customers, we are willing to take advantage of all the benefits of the developed insurance system", said Đorđević.
The largest regional meeting in the field of insurance, "Serbian Insurance Days 2022", will be held from November 15 to 18 in Zlatibor. It presents the latest trends in the insurance sector and deals with the most important topics that affect the daily operations of insurance companies, including inflation on a global level, as the next major challenge for the insurance sector after the coronavirus pandemic.
