Conclusions from the extended board meeting of the Post of Serbia

Today, Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia Zoran Đorđević held the first extended board meeting of the Enterprise in 2023, which was attended by the directors of all working units of the Post of Serbia and post managers in addition to the executive directors and directors of functions. Đorđević informed the managers about the business results and announced meetings of project teams with the aim of further development of the Post of Serbia.

At the meeting held at the Regional Postal and Logistics Center "Belgrade" in Zemun, Đorđević announced the meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Ana Brnabić, in order to continue further improvement of the Enterprise’s work and digitization.

Đorđević informed those present that the quality assessment of working units in 2021 and 2022 will be published on the website of the Post of Serbia, which will be publicly available and he also announced the annual ranking and reward of employees from working units based on the quality of services of a particular working unit.

"We are expecting wider cooperation with local self-governments wherever possible, for the benefit of all citizens of Serbia." Also, Open Balkan cretaes the possibility to cooperate with postal administrations in the region. We are also expecting projects with the post offices of Montenegro and Republika Srpska in order to expand the range of services. "We are currently considering the introduction of a mobile wallet service, and the introduction of tracking postal items in real time and the installation of specialized parcel machines, so-called "boxes" in residential buildings, which would be placed in residential buildings at the request of the manager, is underway" said Đorđević.
