Expanded Collegium of the Enterprise held in the Postal Network Function
Acting Director of PE Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, held today an extended collegium of the Enterprise, which was attended by, in addition to the executive directors and directors of functions, the directors of all the working units of the Post of Serbia.
At the meeting held in the Postal Network Function, Mirjana Rafael, Director of the Supporting Function of Strategy and Business Risk Assessment, presented the business results, quality of work and productivity of working units outside the regions and regional working units in 2022, while Bojana Potežica, Director of the Supporting Function of Internal Audit presented the results of the internal audit.
After a detailed analysis of the annual reports, Director Đorđević spoke about the development plans of the Post Serbia for 2023.
"Following our goal of transforming into a successful company, we are intensively working on improving all segments of business operations of the Post of Serbia. In the coming period, on the internal plan, we expect a reorganization and a clearer systematization of workplaces, while we work in parallel on the improvement of sales activities and on the further development of our services. We are an institution in which the citizens of the Republic of Serbia have enormous trust, which we want to justify with the quality of our work and our services offer, so in the coming period, we expect new benefits for our customers in the form of eWallets and personalized postal parcel machines that will be available to citizens and companies", said Đorđević.
