Unions and Đorđević on reorganization, salary increase and profit payment
Representatives of the "PTT Serbia", “PE PTT Transport of Serbia", “Independence" and the "Worker" Trade Unions met today with the President of the Supervisory Board of the Post of Serbia, Boriša Šarenac, and the Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Đorđević, in order to discuss the current micro and macro organization of the Enterprise.
"The suggestions that the management receives from the unions, as representatives of all our employees, are extremely important to us in the preparation of the current reorganization and systematization. We always make important decisions that shape the path of the Post of Serbia together, in a dialogue that we have been open to since day one", said Đorđević, stressing that he agreed with some of the remarks made by the unions at the meeting.
Đorđević, during the discussion about the payment of profits, reminded the unions that two months ago it was agreed that the payments would be made, and that the date of the payments would be known after the completion of the reorganization, earliest on August 1.
It was also agreed that upon completion of the reorganization process, a meeting of the President of the Supervisory Board of the Post of Serbia, the directors of the Enterprise and the above-mentioned unions with the Ministry of Finance will be organized, at which the final version of the reorganization and its positive effects will be presented to the Ministry, as well as that all open questions regarding salary increases and profit payments will be raised on that occasion.
