Progress on the most important projects was discussed at the collegium

The extended collegium of the Company's directors was held in the Regional Postal and Logistics Center "Belgrade" on several important topics in business, with an emphasis on the past work of regional working units and plans.

Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, announced the launch of an initiative towards relevant partners to amend the rulebook on the provision of services in postal traffic and the formation of a working group with that task, as well as the formation of a committee for the management of real estate of the Post of Serbia, including those it rents and leases, with the aim of optimization management.

"The reorganization will bring significant decentralization and facilitate work and management at the regional level. With all the changes in the organization, further good planning and monitoring, new ideas and transfer of the best experiences are necessary, so that we can continue to work in the best interest of our company, our employees and our customers", said Director Đorđević.

The representatives of the project groups for the implementation of the process of reorganization and systematization of jobs in the Company, Jelena Radovanović and Ivan Jezdić, gave an overview of what has been done so far on the new macro-organizational scheme based on the divisional model, developed on the basis of the most representative European postal administrations, as well as working versions of the systematization of job groups and catalogue of jobs for administrative and technological jobs.

The Director of the Procurement, Investment and Maintenance Function, Hadži Ana Dašić, reported on the implementation of procurement in 2023 and announced changes to the way the warehouse business functions according to the new organization, as well as increased control over the application of procedures.

Also on the agenda was the report of the Director of the HR Management Function, Danijela Rajković, on the number of employees in technological jobs and the number of executors available for delivery, and the report on the work of the Independent Expert Commission on the condition of vehicles scheduled for disposal.

Dragan Đorđević, Director of the "Niš" Working Unit, presented the results of operations in the period from January to May of the current year, since this working unit recorded a good business result and an increase in productivity.

In addition to members of the board of directors, the meeting was attended by directors of working and regional working units, assistant directors in regional units, managers of the largest post offices and representatives of trade unions PTT Serbia and Worker, and the largest non-representative trade union PE PTT traffic Serbia - Independence.
