Mladen Vujević the most successful Post Pro promoter in August
With the collection of 970 Post Express items at customer addresses during August, Mladen Vujević, mail delivery officer of the Post Office 11019 Belgrade 170 belonging to the Working Unit "Belgrade Centre", won the title of the most successful Post Pro promoter for the previous month.
In addition to the title of which, as he points out, he is very proud, Vujević achieved a significant financial compensation in the amount of one full salary, i.e. 54,000 dinars net and 82,000 dinars gross, by additional engagement in the subsidiary company of the Post of Serbia "Post Pro".
When we contacted him about the prestigious recognition, Mladen Vujević told us: "I am especially grateful to the Director Zoran Đorđević, who made this significant opportunity for additional income possible for employees who are on the field in daily contact with customers. In August, I earned the most - even two salaries, while in the previous months I also achieved really good results".
He added, "Since I started working at the Post in May 2020, it has been my goal to do my best, to do my job well. I am glad and it is a special pleasure that all my superiors noticed this, the Director of "Post Pro" Spasenija Ožegović and the Director of my parent Working Unit Darko Ognjenović, as well as the Acting Director himself".
This young and likeable, and above all entrepreneurial young man, states that when he joined the Post Pro team at the end of last year, his motive was primarily to earn additional income, and he decided to invest extra effort and time in addition to all his regular duties. He says he did not have too many expectations at first. Now, only a few months later, he is satisfied that he decided to take that step because of the results he is achieving, and especially because he recently got married and is expecting his first child with his wife in December.
He explained to us what the very beginnings of this venture were like. "Gaining the trust of regular customers during the regular delivery of PE items, listening to their needs and experiences with private courier services, I offered them the possibility of collecting items at the address. With the development of their business, the number of items to be collected also grew, up to a truly incredible amount of nearly 1,000 items in one month, and that for only four customers, individuals," says Vujević.
Mladen has a regular large and demanding area for the delivery of PE items in the area between Hotel Moscow and the Clinical Centre, SC Galerija and Kalemegdan. He points out that the key to success in both tasks is dedication, good organization and strong discipline, which are skills he developed over many years while playing rugby, which is still his hobby today.
He especially emphasized that adequate and valuable training is provided for all promoters. He says that he gladly shares his good experiences with his colleagues and sincerely advises them to try to join the Post Pro team. "Sometimes the results are slightly lower, and then they become significant."
