Delivery of pension cards by mail

The Post of Serbia is fully prepared to deliver new pension cards to customers’ home addresses, which will facilitate the collection process for a large number of customers who are unable to collect the pension card at PDIF Fund branches.

After pension cards are produced at the Institute for Manufacturing Banknotes and Coins (IMBC) and immediately after they are delivered to the Post, the Post of Serbia will ensure fast and reliable delivery of pension cards to customers’ home addresses.

Interviews were held with all directors of working and regional working units of the Post of Serbia, who are ready to perform this task as a first priority job, on time and in the best possible way.

As the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić, announced, this is a project of great importance for the country and our eldest citizens, and in this sense the Post of Serbia will make available complete technological capacities, the national postal network of working units throughout the country, as well as employees – mailpersons and delivery persons, in order to enable citizens and its oldest and traditionally most loyal users, pensioners, to receive a pension card in the shortest possible time and begin to realize benefits, promotional prices and discounts.

The application and use of the new pension cards began on October 1. Pensioners who have not yet applied for a free new generation pension card can apply at the counters of more than 1,500 post offices throughout Serbia.
