Meeting on most important business topics - Priorities in the coming months

The top management of the Post of Serbia, Acting Director Zoran Đorđević, executive directors and directors of key functions of the Enterprise, discussed the most important business issues, indicators of the Enterprise’s financial position and upcoming activities according to the Business Program.

The activities that will be implemented in the next two months were agreed upon, as well as the activities that were foreseen in the agreement with the Government of Serbia from November 15, and which will be carried out in all respects in accordance with the agreement.

The topics of the meeting were the reception of new executives and the response of candidates to current competitions, the schedule of activities on tasks of reorganization and new systematization of workplaces, as well as recent personnel changes.

Special attention is paid to the activities undertaken by the Post to restore the trust of old users and a comprehensive plan for business revitalization in accordance with the damage assessment.

Furthermore, state of affairs was discussed and the results so far on new projects - cooperation with DHL, the eArchive, eNotary and eWaller projects, the replacement of older Post ATMs and the upcoming steps in the further development of the infrastructure.

Executive directors in charge of information technologies and finance and HR, directors of services, postal network, human resources, legal affairs, finance and economic affairs functions, deputy director of procurement, investment and maintenance functions, as well as a special adviser to the director of the Enterprise participated.

Deadlines and dynamics for all activities have been determined, and the next meeting is scheduled for the beginning of next week.
