"Letter to Santa Claus" Contest in Progress – Submission until December 20
The award-winning literary and artistic contest of the Post of Serbia "Letter to Santa Claus" is being held for the third year in a row, and shall last until December 20, until when it is possible to submit art works. In this year's contest, children up to 12 years of age from all over Serbia can participate, and the Post of Serbia invites them to describe, draw or paint how they experience the joys of the holidays on the theme of theChristmas Fairy Tale.
Literary and artistic works can be submitted for participation in the contest, without restrictions regarding the technique of performance and the number of submitted works. Little ones can participate individually or collectively, together with their friends, through the preschool and school institutions they attend.
The works must be submitted by December 20, 2023 to the following address: PO Box 900, 11120 Beograd 35, prize contest "Letter to Santa Claus".
On the back of the individual work, it is necessary to provide information about the author – full name and date of birth of the author, address, city/town, contact phone number and email address of the parent/guardian.
On the back of the group work, the name, address, city/town, contact phone number and email address of the institution or educator/teacher, department or educational group, as well as the number of children who participated in the creation must be indicated. With all works, it is necessary to attach statements of consent for the use and processing of data about the authors for the purposes of the contest by the Post of Serbia (statements can also be handwritten).
The works will be evaluated by a Commission consisting of writers Miloš Janković, Gordana Vlajić and Aleksandra Mihajlović, together with fellow visual artists and designers of the Post of Serbia.
The Post of Serbia awards vouchers for technical and other products, vouchers for sportswear, footwear and other sports equipment for the six best works in individual and group competition, as well as for three special prizes.
The results of the award competition will be announced on January 4, 2024, at the award ceremony as part of the Winter Fairy Tale event.
