Consumers have chosen Post Express
The Courier Service of the Post of Serbia, Post Express, for the second time in a row won the international “Best Buy Award” for the best price/quality ratio in consumers’ opinion for 2019/2020, in the Express delivery service in Serbia category.
The “Best Buy Award” is awarded by the International Association for Certification (ICERTIAS), headquartered in Zurich, based on the research of consumer experiences. The research conducted by ICERTIAS for the Serbian market showed that the majority of respondents chose Post Express, which secured its “No. 1 - the best price/quality ratio” status. Post Express is the first and leading courier service in Serbia that has successfully been operating for more than 16 years through the most developed national distribution network and that provides its users with fast and secure transmission of postal items in guaranteed deadlines. In 2018, the volume of over 9.5 million postal items was realized i.e. an average of over 40,000 Express items daily in Serbia, thus taking the dominant position in the national market of express and parcel service.
