Meeting with the Representatives of the Ministry of Telecommunications
On Friday, September 26, a regular meeting was held between the representatives of the management, the Supervisory Board, and the trade unions operating within the Post of Serbia, and the representatives of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications. The discussions focused on all current issues concerning the Company’s operations, with particular emphasis on improving the material status of employees.
The Acting Director of the Post of Serbia, Zoran Anđelković, informed those present about the visit of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Prof. Dr. Đura Macuta, to the Regional Postal and Logistics Center “Belgrade.” On that occasion, he submitted a request that the profit realized in 2025 be distributed in its entirety to employees during 2026, following the same principle as the distribution of the profit earned in 2024. According to the Acting Director, Zoran Anđelković, the coming year is expected to bring higher overall income for employees compared to the current year, which will include higher salaries and other personal earnings.
Discussions were also held on new projects and business plans, as well as on the change in the Company’s legal status. The representatives of the management and the Ministry clearly emphasized that the change in legal form will not affect the employment and labor rights of the staff, and that they will work together to further improve the material position of employees.
Director Anđelković emphasized the need to increase the efficiency of work processes and the future organizational structure as a prerequisite for implementing all planned activities and improvements – both in the Company’s operations and in the material status of employees.
