Deadline for legalization until 8 February
Applications for recording and registration of rights to real estate, submitted through the "On one’s own land" system by midnight on 8 February, will be considered timely, the Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure announced.
Citizens can also register their real estate at 586 points of Post of Serbia, where 2,503 trained and licensed counter workers provide full support and explain the procedure. The application is simple - all you need to do is bring your ID card, a document on the legal basis and show the object on the screen.
Although the original deadline expired today, the extension allows all citizens who wish to do so to submit their applications on time and take advantage of all the benefits the system provides.
