Svoj na svome – registration and notice printing available at post offices
Customers can submit subsequent applications for the registration of real estate rights, if they have not applied within the prescribed period for justified reasons, at the counters of authorized post offices. Subsequent applications can be submitted until October 24, 2026.
At the counters of these post offices, it is also possible to print notifications/requests sent by the Agency for Spatial Planning and Urbanism of the Republic of Serbia, based on a previously received SMS message from the SvojNaSvome service.
Notifications contain the amount of the fee, which can be paid at the counters of Pošta Srbije, upon receipt of a certified payment order indicating the date and amount of payment.
