"Best Employee" Awards Presented

The best employees in technological positions at Pošta Srbije for the third and fourth quarters of 2025 were awarded the "Best Employee" awards by Acting Director Zoran Anđelković, who thanked his colleagues for their contribution and dedication.

In an open conversation with colleagues, Director Anđelković wanted to hear about needs and possible difficulties in the functioning and provision of services and invited them to provide suggestions, comments and proposals.

Anđelković emphasized that in times of rapid change, the ability to adapt is of particular importance, while maintaining quality and constantly increasing the availability of services. The discussion focused on new digital services and other current projects and innovations in business operations, new vehicles and the expansion of the parcel locker network. The Director said that regardless of the growing digitalization, the connection and importance of postal workers for customers remain unchanged, and that good work, professional and personal integrity, excellence in various fields, as well as sporting feats achieved by certain employees, will continue to be recognized and rewarded.

The best mail carriers in the last quarter of 2025 were Ivan Zdravković (18101 Niš), Marko Milanov (11160 Belgrade 74), Bojan Radosavljević (11276 Jakovo) and Miloš Kostić (18330 Babušnica). For the third quarter, the best mail carriers were Srđan Tošić (18105 Niš), Igor Krnjulac (11080 Belgrade 80), Zlatibor Vitković (11504 Barič) and Dragan M. Pešić, (16000 Leskovac).

Delivery person Jovan Janić (22000 Sremska Mitrovica) won the award in the category of best delivery person/driver in the fourth quarter, while Smiljan Urošević (11080 Belgrade 80) was awarded in the same category for the third quarter.

Awards for the best counter workers in the fourth quarter were given to Violeta Knežević (11084 Belgrade 146), Nenad Markov (18320 Dimitrovgrad), Valentina Denisov (18108 Niš) and Ivan Jakovljević (11091 Belgrade 109). The winners of awards in the same category in the third quarter were Katarina Mitrović (11185 Belgrade 84), Svetlana Miletić (18105 Niš), Petar Sopka (21102 Novi Sad) and Dragana Stanković (11211 Borča).

Awards for the best post office managers were given to Zorana Matić (18125 Popovac) and Jasmina Đapić (11283 Belgrade 135), for the fourth quarter, and Jovana Jocić (18101 Niš) and Nenad Teofilović (11044 Belgrade 163), for the third quarter.

In the competition for the best controller/cashier in the fourth quarter, the award went to senior controller Marija Komatinović (11044 Belgrade 163), and Zoran Gostojić, senior controller in the Sorting of Letterpost Items Office of "RPLC Belgrade", was the winner in the same category for the third quarter.

Darko Ranković (11019 Belgrade 170) was awarded as the best employee in processing of postal items for the fourth quarter, and Drago Perić (20200 Novi Sad) for the third quarter.
