Application process for 30,000 holiday vouchers in Serbia completed
Today at 09:21 am, at the Post Office 31320 Nova Varoš, the last application for holiday vouchers in Serbia was registered, out of 30,000 vouchers provided this year by the Government of the Republic of Serbia to promote domestic tourism. This time, pension beneficiaries with monthly incomes of up to 80,000 RSD were eligible to participate.
Elderly citizens have traditionally expressed great interest in state aid worth 10,000 RSD per individual holiday voucher, which they will use for subsidized accommodation at destinations throughout Serbia until November 1. The three most sought-after tourist destinations were once again Sokobanja, Vrnjačka Banja and Zlatibor.
For the purpose of recording applications, which began on August 3 at 8 am, at corporate post office counters, Pošta Srbije has made available a network of 1,155 branches and provided 2,626 certified counter workers. Pošta Srbije will also deliver insured letters with vouchers to customers’ home addresses.
