The Best Employees in the First Half of 2026

Awards for the best employees in postal operations at the Post of Serbia for the first two quarters of 2026 were presented to the winners by Acting Director Zoran Anđelković at the opening event of the upgraded Contact Center in a new facility in Zemun.

The event was attended by Boris Bratina, Minister of Information and Telecommunications in the Government of Serbia (in a technical mandate), and Dr. Mihailo Jovanović, Director of the Office for IT and eGovernment.

Director Zoran Anđelković expressed his satisfaction with the implementation and adoption of artificial intelligence by the employees, which, as he stated, improves processes, uses technological development for the purpose of progress, and eases the workload for the staff.

"It is not enough to just ask workers to work more. We ensure higher productivity by creating the technological conditions for workers to be more productive," Director Anđelković said. He highlighted the Contact Center as an example of an environment where artificial intelligence can significantly contribute to operations, as well as the robotization project for sorting shipments in processing centers, which has significantly raised the bar in reducing manual labor, thereby improving working conditions.
