Awards for the best employees of the second quarter

The “Best Worker” Awards for the second quarter of 2021 were presented to the best employees engaged in technological operations within the Enterprise by Zoran Đorđević, Acting Director of the Post of Serbia. At the ceremonial gathering, held in the premises of the Enterprise, Director Đorđević commended the results and congratulated his colleagues on the achieved success in a very strong competition, as he said.

The best postmen of the second quarter are Goran Jovanović (Post Office 14000 Valjevo 1), Benasim Abazi (Post Office 11275 Boljevci), Dragan Kemperle (Post Office 11120 Belgrade 35), and Cvetko Spasić (Post Office 36000 Kraljevo), while the best courier is Marko Pavlović (Post Office 11450 Sopot).

Awards for the best counter workers were given to Jelena Novaković (Post Office 37000 Kruševac 1), Slavica Radenković (Post Office 11150 Belgrade 105), Marko Mladenović (Post Office 14000 Valjevo 1) and Olivera Jezdimirović (Post Office 11103 Belgrade 4).

The best post office managers are Marina Tomović Krunić (Post Office 32308 Pranjani) and Danijela Ilić (Post Office 11283 Belgrade 135).

Ana Popović (Post Office 11197 Belgrade 119) was awarded for the best controller, and the winner of the award for the best worker engaged in the processing of postal items is Slobodan Todorović, an employee of the Regional Postal and Logistics Centre Belgrade.

The “Best Worker” awards are given on a quarterly basis according to the highest marks for quality of work, scope of work performed, expertise, quality of communication, flexibility and high motivation, while praise from service users and expressed initiative are additional selection criteria. Among the winners in all quarters, the best employees of the year are selected.
