Delegation of the Post of Serbia at V annual Advising of notaries public
Delegation of the Post of Serbia participated at the fifth annual Advising of notaries public in Kopaonik, which is held in order to exchange experiences and analyse and resolve disputes that arise in notarial practice. Acting Director of the Post of Serbia Zoran Đorđević addressed the gathering and presented the eNotary project, which is being developed by the Post of Serbia.
Đorđević pointed out that eNotary, as an information system for archiving notarial documentation, will in the first phase include digitalization and centralization of notarial material, while in the following phases it will enable the use of archived documents for the needs of judicial bodies, state bodies, economy and citizens. He emphasized that the work of the Post of Serbia is being intensively improved in all fields, as well as that this company is moving forward innovatively with the desire to use everything that digitalization provides.
Milica Spasić, the Director of IT, E-communications & Development Function of the Post of Serbia, also talked about the development and realization of eNotary on behalf of the Post of Serbia.
This important project is being implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice and the Notary Chamber of Serbia
