The working hours of the Office responsible for the receipt and processing of inquiries received electronically are from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on weekdays (Monday - Friday). Inquiries received after the working hours of the Office on weekdays, on Saturdays and Sundays, or during national and religious holidays will be considered on the first following working day.
