Services at the request of the sender

  • Sending a registered item with a return receipt -  An item for which the sender requires a written confirmation of the delivery on the form "Return receipt", which is returned and delivered to the sender

  • Return of an item from the receiving post office, before dispatch
  • Return of a registered item, after dispatch

Services at the request of the recipient

  • Safekeeping of the postal item, in post office outside of prescribed deadlines, but no longer than 30 days

  • Delivery of registered postal items by hand
  • Issuance of a Certificate or a certified copy of a postal document relating to the delivery of a recorded item

Services provided automatically

  • Return of non-delivered item to the sender
  • Reception and recording of authorisations
  • Re-packing of the item with damaged content, reporting on item’s irregularities and informing the customer
  • Opening and review of the contents of the item suspected of containing prohibited items by a commission, based on the decision of the competent authority
  • Safekeeping of the item for delivery, pursuant to the deadlines set by the general conditions (storage charge) - per day
  • Submitting the items for customs clearance for export - parcels
  • Submitting the items for customs clearance for import – parcels
  • Submitting the items for date-stamping or control to the competent authority
  • Notifying customers that they need to submit necessary or missing documents for customs clearance
  • Return of overpaid postage

Services at the Request of the Sender for the PostPak Service

  • Redirecting the parcel to new address (the possibility to use this service depends on the conditions defined by the designated postal operator of the destination country)
  • Returning the parcel from the Post of Origin, before dispatch
  • Changing the address of the parcel (the possibility to use this service depends on the conditions defined by the designated postal operator of the destination country)
  • Claiming of parcels
  • Issuing additional proof of receipt
  • Issuing a certificate or certified photocopy of a postal document relating to the delivery of the parcels (the possibility to use this service depends on the conditions defined by the designated postal operator of the destination country)

Services provided automatically for the PostPak Service

  • Returning undelivered parcels (return postage free of charge)
  • Repacking parcels with damaged content and composing a Note on the irregularity of the item
  • Submission of parcels for customs clearance in export
