Sale of Court Tax Stamps in the Post of Serbia

Legal entities can purchase court tax stamps in the post office or order them by phone.

Court revenue stamps are intended for more efficient and faster collection of court fees from the citizens.

For the amounts up to 5000 RSD court fees may be paid by using court revenue stamps, which may be bought in a post office.

Purchasing of the court revenue stamps in post offices is done without commission.

Court revenue stamps in post offices are available in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000 RSD. They are processed in the same way as money, so the same two revenue stamps cannot appear in circulation, considering the fact that each stamp has a unique “barcode“ numeration.

Court revenue stamps are available in post offices in all bigger cities in Serbia where there are courts.

The list of post offices for selling court revenue stamps

Court revenue stamps are not subjected to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.

Payment methods for court revenue stamps

As a legal person, you may purchase court revenue stamps in a post office, or order them by dialling 011 3607 545, on work days, from 8 to 15 hrs.

During purchase in post offices, you may make a cash or non-cash payment.

In case of a non-cash payment:

  • an employee issues a pro-forma invoice with all payment elements listed;
  • a legal person makes the payment;
  • a legal person goes to the location of the pro-forma invoice issuing, carrying a payment confirmation, and takes over paid court revenue stamps;
  • an employee issues to a legal person, apart from court revenue stamps, a Dispatch and a Confirmation on purchased court revenue stamps.

In case of a cash payment:

  • a legal person purchases court revenue stamps at the post office counter;
  • an employee issues to a legal person, apart from court revenue stamps, a Confirmation on purchased court revenue stamps and a Cash receipt, if necessary.
